Q: What is the standard guarantee given on your work?

A: All GMACS work comes with a 12 month guarantee on parts and Labour. Some boiler manufactures offer longer guarantees on boilers – anything up to 5 years.


Q: How much is your call out fee?

A: Gmac do not charge a call out fee! We also offer a free home visit for anyone considering a boiler swap system change or upgrade, new bathroom suite and are able to give you the advice and benefit of our experience.


Q: What areas do Gmac do work in within the North West?

A: Based in Southport and Maghull, Gmac works throughout Merseyside, North Cheshire and East Lancashire. We are pleased to receive enquiries from Liverpool ,Southport , Formby , Maghull , Ormskirk , Wimslow , Alltringham , Wigan , Chorley, St Helens, Warrington, Skelmersdale and will consider all enquiries from within this region of the North West.


Q: Will you give advice and quotations over the phone?

A: We are able to give advice over the phone although we do prefer to visit the customer and view the enquiry first hand. It is difficult to give exact quotations over the phone as every job is different however we may be able to provide a rough price guide. See our Price Guide page for details.

Q: What type of boilers do you fit?


A: We prefer to fit reputable brand models such as Worcester and Valiant as they are proven to offer the best return on your investment , however we can offer other brands dependent on the customer’s requirements and budget.


Q: Are we able to see your work? What references does you have?

A: For your peace of mind we are Corgi registered and all our employees operate within the Corgi guidelines which should give you immediate confidence to use us!
